Portal help

Getting into the client portal.

The portal is for existing clients and opens only after an engagement is confirmed. Here's how access, passkeys, step-up checks and recovery work.

Stay safe when you need help

Never send your password, verification codes or confidential documents by email or text — not to us, and not to anyone who asks. The practice will only ever collect documents inside the secure portal, and will never ask for your password.

How do I get access?

Access is invitation-only. New clients can't self-register. After we've confirmed an engagement with you in writing, we send an invitation to the email address on your file. Opening that invitation lets you set up sign-in.

If you're not yet a client, start by requesting a consultation.

What is a passkey, and what if I can't use one?

A passkey lets you sign in with your device's fingerprint, face or screen lock instead of a password — it's more secure and nothing secret is typed or shared.

If your device doesn't support passkeys, or you're on a shared computer, you can still sign in with your email and the verification step offered on the sign-in screen. You never need to email anyone a code.

My email address has changed. What do I do?

Because access is tied to the email on your file, a changed address is handled carefully. Let the practice know through your existing portal or your usual point of contact, and a new invitation can be issued to the updated address after a quick identity check.

Don't send account details or documents to a general inbox to make this change.

Why am I asked for an extra check sometimes?

Sensitive actions — like opening certain documents or approving something — may ask for an extra step-up confirmation. It's a quick second check that it's really you, and it protects the confidentiality of your matter. This is normal and expected.

I've lost access to my device or passkey.

Recovery is deliberately handled through people, not a self-service reset, so that access can't be socially engineered. Contact the practice through a channel you already trust — your existing portal, or the phone number or contact you were given during engagement.

  • Confirm your identity when asked
  • A fresh invitation or passkey setup is issued to your email on file
  • Your matter and documents remain untouched throughout

Still stuck?

Reach out through your existing portal or the contact you were given when your matter opened, and someone will help you regain access safely.
